Each piece is sent insured through US Postal Service or United Parcel Service ground shipping. We

IMMEDIATELY, if your item arrives damaged. SAVE THE DAMAGED ITEM AND THE PACKAGING so that

- If you have questions about a garment or sizing, please contact us prior to ordering so that you can
have complete confidence with your order. You will have 7 business days after confirmed delivery to
request a refund if you are unhappy with the item. Email us immediately to let us know of your
concern(s).
- For All Other Items:
- Please be sure of your choice. These products are fragile. We package the products using the best
choice of packaging materials and methods so as to eliminate almost any possibility of damage in
transit.
You will have 7 business days after confirmed delivery to request a refund if you are unhappy with
the item. Email us immediately to let us know of your concern(s).
- For All Items:
- If you elect to return your purchase to us, it will be your responsibility to package the product so it will
not sustain damage during the return shipping. Please respect the product by using the original box
with packing materials and carefully re-package your return.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges and for any damages incurred during the return.
Please insure your return with your shipper for full value.
Once the piece you are returning, has arrived safely and with no damages, a credit for the item will
be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable.
